1. Recharges and wallet credit
Recharge amounts are exclusive of tax; GST is added at checkout. Wallet credit is usable only for services inside the app. It has no cash value outside the app and cannot be transferred to another account.
Your balance is made up of four separate components:
- Paid balance — money you actually paid. This is the only component that can ever be refunded.
- Referred-user bonus — the 10% welcome bonus on your first recharge.
- Recharge bonus — the 20% bonus on top-ups of ₹2,000 and above.
- Other promotional credit — cashback, campaign credit and referral earnings moved into the wallet.
Spending always consumes promotional credit first, then the referred-user bonus, then the recharge bonus, and your paid balance last — so your refund-eligible balance is preserved for as long as possible.
Bonus credit of any kind is never refundable and can never be withdrawn to a bank account.
2. Refunds — first recharge only, within 7 days
- Only your first successful recharge can be refunded. Second and later recharges are final.
- A refund must be requested within 7 calendar days of that payment. After that the option closes.
- Only the paid balance still left in your wallet is eligible. Amounts already spent on readings, and every kind of bonus credit, are excluded.
- 50% of the eligible balance is retained as platform and payment-processing charges; 50% is returned to the original payment method.
- When you submit a request, the eligible balance is frozen and can no longer be spent while we review it.
- On approval the refund is sent back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Approval also cancels the bonuses attached to that recharge and your referrer's earning for your account.
- Failed, duplicate or wrong-amount charges are not covered by this rule — they are reconciled in full, with no deduction. Write to us and we will fix them.
3. Referrals — 10% both sides, first recharge only
- When a friend signs up with your link and makes their first recharge, they get 10% extra wallet credit and you earn 10% of that recharge.
- The friend's bonus is wallet credit: spendable, but never refundable or withdrawable.
- Your earning starts as Pending. It becomes available to move into your wallet 10 days after your friend's recharge.
- For a bank payout, an earning becomes eligible only after the whole following calendar month has ended — an August earning can be requested from 1 October.
- Each earning can be redeemed once, one way only. Moving it to your wallet is instant and final: that amount can never be withdrawn or refunded afterwards. There is no minimum for a wallet transfer — any unlocked earning can be moved.
- Bank payouts need approved KYC and a minimum of ₹1000 in bank-eligible earnings (this minimum applies to bank payouts only, never to wallet transfers), and are settled by the 10th of the following month. Applicable taxes, TDS and bank charges may be deducted from the gross amount.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and any attempt to game the programme are void. If a referred user's first recharge is refunded or charged back, both bonuses and the earning are reversed; amounts already paid out are recovered from future earnings. As soon as a referred user requests a refund, the referrer's earning is frozen — it cannot be moved to the wallet or paid out until the request is reviewed.
The Refer & earn screen shows an earnings breakdown at all times: your total referral bonus, the amount available for wallet credit (unlocked after 10 days), the amount available for a bank payout, anything still on hold, anything frozen while a refund is reviewed, reversed earnings with the reason, and amounts being recovered from future earnings.
4. How to request a refund
Open Wallet → History. If your first recharge is still inside the 7-day window, a "Request refund" option appears with the exact amount you will receive before you submit. We review requests within 3 working days and you will see the outcome on the same screen.
5. Fair use and changes
Readings are metered on real token counts at the rate shown upfront. Guidance is for reflection and self-understanding and is not a substitute for professional advice.
